This reporting function is designed to give clients and consultants access to their own claims and eligibility information to produce their own reports on demand. Use of this function should be done with the understanding that the claim data is compiled through the previous business day and census information will be valid as of the date indicated on the report. Claim data is available back to January 1, 2005.
Because the data source is maintained apart from the core processing system, there may be slight variations in the claim data from reports drawn directly from the core system. While the data will be regenerated at regular intervals, we strongly recommend that you contact your account executive for any reports which will be used directly for marketing and renewal purposes.
Only claims processed through the Group Administrators system are reflected in claims reports generated by this module. Any claim history loaded to the system from a previous claims administrators is not included in any report.
